Essential Care Package
Investment: $1,500–$2,000
Foundational support for families who need the basics but still want reassurance and guidance from someone who understands the system.
This package is ideal if you’re confident in your care team but want access to a doula for key moments in the journey.
Includes:
One prenatal consultation (virtual or in-person) to review your birth preferences and answer questions
24/7 on-call support starting at 38 weeks
In-person labor support when labor begins
One postpartum check-in (virtual or in-person) to support healing, answer questions, and offer guidance
Limited virtual/text support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
Comprehensive Care Package
Investment: $2,500–$3,200
Our most popular option, offering full support before, during, and after birth, without going overboard.
Perfect for first-time parents or anyone who wants a little more hands-on care, preparation, and check-ins along the way.
Includes:
Two prenatal consultations (virtual or in-person) to discuss your birth plan, practice comfort techniques, and cover what to expect
24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks
Continuous in-person labor and birth support
One postpartum visit (in-person or virtual) focused on healing, baby care, and emotional wellbeing
Ongoing virtual/text support throughout pregnancy and the first few weeks postpartum
Optional add-ons like additional postpartum visits or resource referrals
Complete Birth Support
Investment: $4,000–$4,500
The highest level of personalized care, from pregnancy through postpartum.
Ideal for families seeking premium, wraparound support with more time, more education, and more hands-on presence.
Includes:
Three prenatal consultations to fully prepare for birth, address fears, and discuss advocacy strategies
24/7 on-call support starting at 36 weeks
In-person labor and delivery support, including emotional reassurance, comfort techniques, and partner guidance
Two postpartum visits (virtual or in-person), focused on recovery, lactation support, newborn care, and emotional check-ins
Unlimited virtual/text support before and after birth
Access to lactation resources, nutrition tips, and newborn education
Connection to support groups or postpartum circles (when available)

Payment & Booking
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due by 36–38 weeks, depending on the package. Payment plans are available, we’ll talk through options during your consult.
